Immigration Superheroes Stop American Sex Offenders’ Airport Escapade at NAIA and Cebu

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) successfully prevented the entry of three American nationals identified as registered sex offenders (RSOs) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA).

  1. Rolando Camama (NAIA): The 73-year-old American, arriving from Taipei on a China Airlines flight. He was excluded from entry at NAIA Terminal 1 on January 1.
  2. Kenneth Ray Miller (NAIA): Also barred on the same day was 56-year-old Kenneth Ray Miller. He arrived on a China Eastern flight from Shanghai.
  3. Kenneth Anthony Mulford (MCIA): On January 11, 79-year-old Kenneth Anthony Mulford was prevent from entering the country upon arrival from Dubai at MCIA.

All three individuals had been flag by the US government as registered sex offenders. Sex offender registries serve as vital tools in monitoring and managing individuals convicted of sexual offenses. It includes rape, sexual assault, and child molestation. The collaborative efforts between international agencies play a crucial role in preventing the entry of individuals with a history of such offenses.

Following their interception, the American sex offenders were promptly deport on the next available flights back to their respective countries of origin. The Bureau of Immigration has added them to its blacklist of unwanted aliens. Reinforcing efforts to protect the country from potential threats.
