The fight against illegal drugs also saw success in Zamboanga del Sur. Police conducted a sting operation in Labangan town, resulting in the seizure of shabu with an estimated street value of P170,000. Additionally, authorities confiscated the substance from Mark Angelo Baranggan, apprehending him in Barangay Old Labangan around 11:35 p.m.
